Projects financed by the BMZ are relevant for the BMZ digital portfolio. You can also select other donors. If the donors who finance your digital projects are not yet in the list, you can tell us which ones you would like to see and we will add them to the selection.

Yes, all your colleagues can register and login. You can also enter projects initially and then release them (via e-mail) for further processing. You will find this function in the “My projects” section under “Release project”.

All those projects with few digital aspects, activities or first digital components are relevant and can be entered in the database. Explicit differentiation can be made here under “Step Four – Evaluation”. If the project really has no digital character at all and would answer all questions in the negative – or if no budget at all is invested in ICT measures or digital activities, it does not have to be entered.

Since a clear assignment can often be difficult, you can select up to three approaches.

Yes – if you like to highlight – projects and subprojects as part of one (global) programme, can be registered individually. Please use the project description to note the relationship to the programme.
